The Magicard Rio Pro 360 Xtended not only allows you to expand the print length, but also uses International Colour Consortium (ICC) to determine colour profiles. ICC ensures your image is true to life, and the 300dpi colour and monochrome dye sublimation enable completely clear identification for increased security. This also allows you to fine-tune colours to produce an exact match, perfect for creating accurate logos and designs.

Reliability

The Magicard Rio Pro 360 Xtended comes with 3-year Ultra overplus warranty as standard which includes a free replacement in the event of a damaged printhead or a failed printer. The warranty also includes a swap out loan printer if a repair is required (stock dependent), ensuring there is no printing downtime.

Ease of Use

Just like all Magicard printers, the Rio Pro 360 Xtended is designed for complete ease of use. With Ethernet and USB, connecting to the printer is simple, and the input and output hoppers allow you to print in larger batches before they need emptying, enabling you to be more productive during the working day. Security

Just like all Magicard printers, the Magicard Rio Pro 360 Xtended comes with built-in HoloKote® as standard to help increase your card security. The HoloKote prints a transparent image into the clear overlay panel of the standard print process, resulting in a secure watermark that can only be seen in certain light. Choose either one of the standard designs or create up to 10 personalised designs with the Custom HoloKote. This secure watermark gives proof that an ID card was printed from the original source, making counterfeited cards easy to spot. There is also the option to add a HoloPatch to cards. This is a highly visible gold foil square that highlights the HoloKote watermark, making security even more visible.

Encoding

The Rio Pro 360 Xtended has the option of a smart card encoding module for CR80 credit-card sized cards only.

Printer Type

The Rio Pro 360 Xtended ID card printer is a direct-to-card (DTC) model. DTC models print the design directly onto the surface of the card, giving it a glossy, professional finish and leaving a small white border around the outside edge of the card.

Card Types

The Magicard Rio Pro 360 Xtended was specifically designed to print extra-long plastic ID cards up to 140mm in length and from 20mil to 40mil thickness. Perfect for clearly labelling food products, the Rio Pro 360 Xtended allows printing onto hygienic, wipe-clean cards. Cards up to 110mm long can be printed in full colour using the double printing mode, and it can even print onto pre-printed cards and full monochrome cards up to 140mm long. This printer also caters to standard CR79 and CR80 credit-card sized cards.

Print Volume

This printer has been specifically developed for organisations wanting to produce medium to large volumes of extremely high-quality ID cards. With a 200-input card capacity and 70-output capacity, this allows you to leave the printer for longer before the hoppers need to be refilled or emptied.

Print Speed

The Magicard Rio Pro 360 Xtended has an extremely fast printing performance with the ability to produce up to 200 full-colour cards per hour. With an input hopper capacity of 100 cards and output hopper capacity of 70 cards, there is more time before the hoppers need to be refilled/emptied, allowing you to complete other tasks while printing.

The Rio Pro 360 Xtended comes with Ethernet connection as standard and high-speed USB connection – USB rev1.1 and USB 2.0.
