My Identities
|
Select the option My Identities under the main menu to access the issued mobile
identities.This screen provides a centralized, organized view of all the identities and
credentials issued to you within the app. This screen allows you to easily monitor and
manage each identity, displaying the issued credentials and their status. Tap on the
View button to access details of each credential associated with your identity,
including the high-assurance credentials such as Visual ID, FIDO-based authentication
credential, PKI certificates, Consent credential, and the OTP credential. To learn more
about these credentials, refer to the section Mobile Digital
Credentials.
You can also verify the current status of each identity (active, suspended, etc.),
helping you stay informed and compliant with any updates and confidently navigate your
digital identities and credentials.

Get Identities
|
Select the option Get Identities under the main menu to request new or additional
identities for yourself or other users. To initiate this process, you can either scan a
QR code provided by the issuing platform or manually enter a secret key and URL
associated with the identity request. By doing so, the app securely retrieves the
identity details and provisions them within the system, ensuring that each identity is
correctly assigned and accessible as required.

Sync Identities
|
Select the option Sync Identities under the main menu to synchronize or update
existing identities and credentials issued by the platform by retrieving the latest
information regarding the issued credentials, ensuring that any recent changes or
additions are reflected in your account. The synchronization feature not only
streamlines the management of the digital identities but also enhances security by
ensuring that you always have access to the most current and accurate credential data.

Delete Identities
|
To delete issued identities, select the Delete Identities option from the main
menu. Then, select the identity you wish to remove. Tap Delete and
confirm your choice by selecting Yes. Once deleted, the identities
cannot be used, but you can reissue them by using the Get Identities option.

Notifications
|
To view notifications, select the Notifications option within the apps menu. This
feature lets you easily access notifications for FIDO2 credential registration and login
approvals. If you have opted to postpone your FIDO2 registration, you will see an active
notification in the notifications section. Tap the notification to proceed with the
registration process.
When you attempt to log in to an integrated application, you will receive a notification
prompting you to approve the authentication request. To view these notifications, simply
select the Notifications option within the app. This action will display a list
of pending approval requests, enabling you to review the details of each login attempt.
You can then decide to tap Approve to authorize the login or verification
process, granting access to the requested service. If you find the request suspicious or
unrecognizable, you can select Deny to cancel it, enhancing your security by
blocking unauthorized access. This functionality empowers you to maintain control over
your authentication process, ensuring a seamless and secure login experience.experience.

Profile
|
To view your profile, tap on the hamburger menu and select the
option Profile. It displays your profile picture along
with the settings and general support options.

Settings
|
Tap on the option Language to choose the desired language
for the mobile app. Select the language and tap on
the cross icon to close the menu. The app currently supports both
English and Spanish.

|
Under the general section, you can access the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
documents.
