Known Issues

  • Sometimes, the Operator Client crashes when the SecuGen fingerprint device is connected.
  • While capturing the fingerprints for the first time, the device client crashes.
  • When both the Secugen and IB fingerprint scanners are connected to a system, the Secugen scanner is automatically selected as the default. Even if the IB Scanner is chosen from the dropdown list, it reverts to showing the Secugen scanner instead.
