Reports and Logs

The Unifyia platform features a comprehensive report generation module, empowering administrators and decision-makers to access various compliance reports. Reports can be customized to align with the organization’s specific requirements. The following template types are available for generating reports. You can customize the required data fields and date range for the each template to generate the required reports.

  • User Enrollment Details Report
  • User Issuance Details Report

  • Clients and Apps Report
  • Background Investigation Pending Report
  • Credentials About to Expire Report
  • Users Pending Approval Report
  • Revoked PIV Credentials Report
  • Card Applicant Status Report

Customizable fields

For each of the above templates, you have the flexibility to customize the following aspects:

  • Time period: Specify the duration as a day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter, or 1 year, for which the data must be generated.
  • Frequency: For the time period set, choose how often the report should be generated. You have two options - one-time or recurring.
  • Fields: Select the specific data fields that should be included in the report.
  • Filters: Select the specified data fields based on which you can filter the generated reports data.
  • Field order: Arrange the selected fields in the desired order for display.

Once a report is generated, you have the following options:

  • View Report: Access the report to review its contents.
  • Edit Report: Modify the settings or parameters of the report template.
  • Download PDF: Download the report in the PDF format.
  • Download CSV: Download the report in the CSV format.
  • Delete Report: Remove the report template if it is no longer needed.

Create Reports

  1. Log in to the Unifyia platform. The Dashboard page appears.
  2. Navigate to Monitoring and Insights > Reports and Logs.
  3. Select Create Report to start creating a custom report.
  4. Provide the following details:
  5. Name: Provide a name for this report.
  6. Description: Enter a brief description for the report.
  7. You can specify the duration to generate the report. The possible values are
    1. A Day
    2. 1 Week
    3. 1 Month
    4. 1 Quarter
    5. 1 Year
  8. You can select whether this report needs to be generated as a one-time occurrence or must recur based on the chosen time period in the previous parameter.
  9. Choose a template from the drop-down list. The possible data fields associated with the selected template are displayed. Certain default values that are mandatory are automatically selected and cannot be deselected. You can select all other data fields as per your requirements.
  10. You have the option to filter the generated report using selected data filters from the available data fields. The selected data filter must be part of the report data fields.
    1. For instance, if you've chosen the data field Credential Type for the authentication template, then this data field will be listed under the Chosen Filters dropdown and can be selected as a filter. If it's not selected, the data field will not be available for selection in the Chosen Filters dropdown list. By default, certain data fields are mandatory filters and cannot be edited.
  11. The selected data fields for each template are displayed under the section Customize Field Order. You can arrange the displayed fields according to your preferred sequence. This will set the sequence of the fields in the report. You can drag and drop the fields to set a preferred order of display.
  12. Select Generate to generate a customized report.

Manage Reports

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Navigate to Monitoring and Insights > Reports and Logs.
  3. The list of all the generated reports is displayed along with the possible actions.
  4. View Report: To view a report, select the View icon. Set the date range by selecting the Start Date and End Date to filter the data accordingly. Additional filter options appear based on the chosen filter field data for the report.
  5. Edit Report: To edit a report, select the Pencil icon and update the report as desired. Select Update to apply and save the changes or Cancel to exit the process.
  6. Delete Report: To delete a report, select the Bin icon. Select Yes to confirm or No to exit the process.

Download Reports

You can export/download reports in either PDF or CSV format for further analysis or distribution.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Navigate to Monitoring and Insights > Reports and Logs.
  3. The list of all the generated reports is displayed along with the possible actions.
  4. To download a chosen report in PDF format, select the PDF icon and save the file to a desired location.
  5. To download a chosen report in CSV format, select the CSV icon and save the file to a desired location.
