Unifyia Operator Client - Windows
Release Version 2.2.6
June 26, 2025
New Features
- Support for digitally signing event data using the logged-in user's PIV Digital Signature
certificate.
- Integration of HID credential management system (HID CMS) CCM APIs to support the issuance of
PIV ID through the HID CMS from the Unifyia platform.
- Supports issuance of Arculus AuthentiKey and Swissbit iShield Key.
Bug Fixes
- While capturing the fingerprints for the first time, the device client crashes.
- When both the Secugen and IB fingerprint scanners are connected to a system, the Secugen scanner
is automatically selected as the default. Even if the IB Scanner is chosen from the dropdown
list, it reverts to showing the Secugen scanner instead.
- Epson Document Scanner: If multiple identity proofing documents are captured and each
image file size exceeds 2MB, the platform cannot store the images in the database. To resolve
this, the client has been updated to automatically compress the file to 2MB before it is saved
in the database.
- Matica Printer: During the personalization and printing of the card on Windows 10
systems, both the client and the Matica printer only supported the Ready status. However, after
updating the Matica drivers for Windows 11, support for the Busy status was also added. As a
result, the client code was updated to handle both Ready and Busy statuses.
Known Issues
- Sometimes, the Operator Client crashes when the SecuGen fingerprint device is connected.
