The Identify the Card Holder feature on the Unifyia platform helps in identifying the individual to whom a specific identity has been issued. This may include personal information such as the name, address, contact details, issue date, expiration date, and status of the card (active, expired, or suspended). The displayed details enable authorized operators to confirm if the identity was issued in the same system or other systems.

1. Login to the system with operator credentials.
2. Navigate to Management > Device User Lookup.
3. To read a smart card, insert it into the card reader connected to your computer.
4. To read a USB security key, plug it into the USB port.
5. The connected reader and the authenticator device (identity) are displayed.
6. Select OK.
7. The user details such as First Name, Last Name and Email are displayed.
